Mark Dionisio, Manager of Employee Wellness for St. Lucie County Public Schools, is on a mission to keep over 5,000 employees thriving and indirectly impact the well-being of 42,000+ students. With a powerhouse background in sport psychology, sports medicine, and corporate wellness, Mark is all about turning small changes into big wins. From crafting strategies for better behavior change and weight management to designing wellness programs that tackle physical, mental, and emotional health, Mark knows how to inspire a healthier, happier workforce. His dedication ensures that everyone—teachers, staff, and students alike—gets to perform at their best, all while feeling good inside and out!
